I. Refund Policy

Our software provides a 30-day membership refund policy, which is designed to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users. However, please note that 30-day refunds will not be supported in the following cases:

1. the membership has expired: if the membership service you purchased has expired, you cannot apply for a refund.

2. More than 30 days: Refunds will no longer be supported if more than 30 days have elapsed since the time of purchase.

3. Demand beyond the scope of function: Refunds applied for due to the suggestion of demand beyond the scope of product function will not be accepted.

5. Credit card fraud or unauthorised payment: If the problem is caused by credit card fraud or unauthorised payment, we suggest you contact the corresponding card issuer to solve the problem.

6. Refund without payment email: If you initiate a refund request without receiving the payment email, please communicate with our customer service team (email: support@wmaster.com) to confirm the payment status before processing.

7. Change of mind after purchase: Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind after purchase.

II. Support for 30-day refunds

In the following cases, we will support the refund application within 30 days:

1. Repeat Purchase: If you accidentally repeat the purchase of the same product with the same package, we will process a refund for you.

2. Unreceived emails and no response from customer service: If you do not receive the relevant emails within 24 hours of purchase, or contact the customer service team without any response for 24 hours and the problem is not solved, we will consider a refund.

3. Important bugs not fixed: If you find an important bug during the use and it is not upgraded or fixed within 15 working days after feedback to the customer service, we will process a refund for you.

III. Refund process

1. Submit an application: Please submit a refund application via customer service email (support@wmaster.com) with proof of purchase (e.g. order number, payment screenshot,etc.).

2. Review the application: our customer service team will review the application within 15 working days after receiving it to confirm whether it meets the conditions for refund.

3. Refund processing: If the audit is approved, we will process your refund as soon as possible, and the refund amount will be returned to your payment account in the original way.

IV. Other Terms

1. Privacy Protection: We promise to protect your personal privacy information and will not disclose your information to third parties.

2. Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises from this agreement, both parties should negotiate and settle it amicably; if the negotiation fails, it can be submitted to the People's Court where the company is located to resolve the litigation.

V. Agreement Update and Notification

We will update this software member refund agreement in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations and business development needs. The updated agreement will be published on this platform, and notify you by email or other means. If you continue to use the services of this platform, you are deemed to agree to the updated agreement. The revised privacy agreement will be published on our software and website and will take effect from the date of publication.
